My wife and I had a wonderful long weekend in Traverse City, and the condo was fantastic. The location was truly amazing. We were right in the heart of the city, easy to walk out the front of the building and walk to restaurants, coffee shops, a wide range of shopping as well as energetic nightlife. In addition, we were only two blocks from the beach/waterfront.

We were the first guest to stay at the property following renovations. We were a bit nervous; however, the facility was in great shape with a working elevator, code-locked doors after hours, great parking in the rear, a big family room, a great fully stocked kitchen, and the master bedroom and bath were super clean and comfortable. Overall the property was much bigger than we expected, and this made us feel right at home.

We absolutely loved the unit and the location, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the city. Your thoughtfulness and ensuring our comfort did not go unnoticed, and we are grateful for that.”

The flats are wonderfully located for a city adventure. The location is perfect walking distance to the splash pad and beach as well as several city amenities. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. I would stay at this location again.

Great rental! This rental property was gorgeous, with high ceilings and tons of natural light. The location was excellent and within walking distance of shops, cafes, and bookstores, as well as the lakefront. Check-in was simple, and overall no complaints!
