Each of its six luxury flats (ranging from one to three bedrooms) boasts a full kitchen, dining area and living room space, complete with the building’s original brick walls and reclaimed wood floors. The hotel’s Scandinavian-inspired design is sleek and modern yet laid-back and comfortable, with thoughtfully curated local details like Traverse City artists’ work on the walls, bedding and pillows from partner textile brand eelo (whose storefront recently opened on the building’s ground floor) and Higher Grounds Coffee beans stocked in the pantry.
