• Your Flat is in the middle of downtown Traverse City on the main corner of Traverse City activity.

• Bike storage - both indoors and outdoors-bring your own lock

Safety

• Security cameras are present within the building and parking lot. There are no cameras within the Flats.

• Keypad entry only to the building from 7 p.m. until 7 a.m.

  • Each flat has one free parking space onsite behind the building.

  • Additional parking can be found at the Old Town Parking Garage (9 min walk) and Hardy Parking Garage (8 min walk)

  • Each flat has its own heat and air conditioning thermostat

  • There are no cameras within the Flats

  • Each flat contains a Minut Decibel monitor. If there are sustained readings greater than 80 dB, a notice will go to the guest. Please note that for the enjoyment of all of our guests, quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
